Hey Spiritual Storytellers! Exciting news—I’m now a wellness consultant for DoTERRA, bringing essential oils into the realm of storytelling coaching. Today, I’m over the moon to unbox my very first essential oil from DoTERRA, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Opening the bottle, the scent is surprisingly soft, subtle, and delicate—quite different from what you might expect with ‘pepper.’ It has a floral note, making it perfect for a gentle start to the day, like walking at dawn in a garden.
Now, here’s the exciting part—I’m incorporating essential oils into my storytelling coaching sessions. Essential oils have a direct connection to our subconscious, tapping into our emotions without filters. Their aromas can really help with writing, creativity and storytelling!
The reason I chose Pink Pepper is special—I’m hosting a free workshop on February 13th titled ‘CRYSTAL ESSENCE: A SELF-LOVE STORYTELLING WORKSHOP ON GALENTINE’S DAY.’ We’ll dive into spirituality, self-love and storytelling. The workshop begins with a guided meditation, followed by journal prompts to help you express your thoughts. And of course, we’ll explore the magic of Pink Pepper essential oil and other crystals.
For me, self-love is where it all begins. Whether you’re single or in a relationship or looking to call in a new love, it starts with loving yourself. And as a bonus, if you stay till the end of the workshop, I’ll be doing a draw for a beautiful Rose Quartz necklace designed to hold essential oils.
