Have you ever heard of the “Six Degrees of Separation” theory? It’s the idea that all people are 6 or fewer social connections away from each other.
This concept has always fascinated me, so I decided to trace my own connection to the legendary Kevin Bacon. Is it possible for me to connect to the legendary Kevin Bacon, too?
Turns out yes! Through a series of actors, each with their unique story and career path, I discovered an unexpected link that I can’t wait to share with you.
My story starts in 1987 when I was part of the chorus in our high school musical, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.” I played the character Euphoria and loved wearing my minty green toga on stage.
Little did I know, this would set the stage for a quirky connection that would lead me straight to Kevin Bacon! The excitement of those days, the laughter, the friendships and the music were unforgettable.
