Everybody is a genius.
But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree,
it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid
~ Aesop Jr.

Have you ever felt like a fish trying to climb a tree?

I have. It was the story of my life.

My name is Maria and when I was growing up I wanted so desperately to belong but all I could see were differences between me and everybody else.

* When everyone was skinny, I was fat
* When everyone had dark hair, I was blonde
* When everyone was right-handed, I was left-handed
* When everyone spoke English at home, I spoke Ukrainian
* When everyone was finding boyfriends and girlfriends, I was single

I can clearly remember the day in grade 3 when my teacher asked me a question in front of the whole class.

Before I could answer, she interrupted me and said, “Class, what was Maria doing?… She was daydreaming!”

I can still see her standing at the board, waving her piece of chalk as if directing a choir, leading all of my classmates to chime in and emphasizing the word “daydreaming” with great gusto.

I shrank in my seat and concluded: it wasn’t okay for me to be me, what I say doesn’t matter, I’m dumb, and nobody likes me.

Fast forward 40+ years. After a conversation with my coach and some life experience under my belt, I realized the story I made up in class that day was a bunch of B.S! And now that I’m older and wiser, I have new tools and can choose a better story from now on!

Getting to the heart of those old stories we tell ourselves and transforming them into gold is why I’m a coach.

I believe everyone is a genius and has a unique recipe of intelligences, talents, experiences and skill sets. Even though some people may not show strength in the traditional intelligences like reading and math, they still have other gifts like healing or writing songs that also need to be explored and appreciated.

I’d hate to see people go through life with amazing gifts and not share them with the world because they were made to feel stupid. As a coach, I’m here to help unwrap them all.

Now I’m on a mission to coach World Travellers who are bored to tears because they’re not sharing their natural gifts, to tap into their zone of genius, so they can travel freely, be of joyful service, and give from their abundance!

Quit trying to shove your gifts under the rug! It’s time to celebrate your uniqueness!

If you’re a world traveler who has been grounded for too long and are ready to go on a journey of self-discovery, I’d love to invite you to jump on a call with me to explore your options.

Everyone is a genius – even you – and it’s time to show us what you’ve got!
