Who knew a solo pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago would lead me on such an extraordinary journey? It all started in 2019, when I took that life-changing trek across Spain.
Little did I know, it would fuel my creativity and result in my self-published novel “Closer to Indigo” in 2022. From there, my adventure continued with my TV series “Saanich: Emerging Land; Emerging People,” and now, I’m thrilled to bring my story to Audible.
I’m excited to invite you to a special event, “EMPOWERED BY STORIES: USING THE GEMS OF YOUR HERITAGE TO CREATE A FRESH START,” on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 1 PM at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall in Victoria, BC.
My talk is all about exploring how our ancestral stories can guide us through modern challenges and inspire new beginnings.
During the event, I’ll be sharing stories from my journey and discussing my latest project: turning “Closer to Indigo” into an audiobook. This leads to my crowdfunding campaign.
Recording an audiobook is an exciting yet costly endeavor and I need your support to cover the professional recording and editing fees. Your contribution will help ensure my voice continues to inspire and uplift through this new medium.
At the event, we’ll also watch episode 8, “Sunflowers and Dragonflies,” from my TV series. There will be a Q&A session where we can dive deeper into the themes of my work, and I’ll be signing copies of “Closer to Indigo,” which will be available for purchase.
